How can I place a custom decorated sugar cookie order?
On our website, find "MENU" and select "CUSTOM COOKIES". Fill out the order form to submit your request. It is important to note this DOES NOT guarantee your order has been placed. If availability permits, you will receive a confirmation in 1-5 business days. You will then confirm the artist's suggested designs or request alterations, submit your deposit, then your order is booked!
How does order pick up work?
After placing your order, a follow-up email, text message, or phone call will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. You can then head over to our store front at 6400 N. 10th St Suite E in Mcallen, TX. Please park in a designated curbside pick up spot (if available), then call or text 956-975-8158 to let us know you've arrived. Your order will then be brought out to your vehicle for your convenience!
Is your shop open for walk-ins?
We are currently only operating as a curbside service. Our location will be open to the public for walk-in/sitting in the near future.
Can I place my custom order via social media or in person?
Due to our meticulous custom process, custom orders are only being accepted via the "Order Form" found on our website.
Do you have any allergen-free products?
All products are currently baked in a kitchen that uses some major food allergens, such as nuts, eggs, milk, wheat, etc. Although we currently do not offer allergen-free products, it is definitely an accommodation we hope to provide in the near future.
How can I place an order via social media?
As of 2022, we are only accepting orders via our website. Our social media accounts and phone number reach a high volume of traffic which conflicts the ordering process and can result in misplaced or incomplete conversations. The best way to place an order is through our website order form.
