Custom Decorated Sugar Cookies FAQ

When is order payment required?
Full payment is required to reserve your date and book your custom order. Your order will only be secured and confirmed once payment is received. After finalizing the order details, an invoice and checkout link will be sent to you via text or email. We highly recommend that you pay your invoice within 48 hours of receipt. If payment is not received within that time, your date will be made available to the next customer. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please inform your cookie artist so we can arrange payment at our business location.

May I place a custom order for a holiday?
Custom cookie orders may not be available during major holidays and seasons, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If you need to place an order during these times, we recommend submitting your inquiry 1-2 months in advance to allow us to accommodate your request. If we are unable to fulfill your custom order, we typically offer a selection of holiday-themed products that might suit your needs. How is a custom decorated cookie order packaged?
Custom decorated sugar cookies are beautifully packaged in our signature white box, wrapped with ivory ribbon. This option allows you the flexibility to place the cookies on dessert trays, serve them alongside cake, or use your own packaging. We also offer upgraded services that include individually heat-sealing or wrapping each cookie with ribbon. These packaging upgrades extend the cookies' shelf life for up to two weeks and are recommended if recipients wish to take their cookies to go.es with ribbon. How will I receive my order?
When booking, please inform our team whether you will pick up at our business location, 4108 N 10th St Suite 600, McAllen, TX at a designated time, or if you prefer delivery.

Wednesday-Friday 12:00-6:30 pm
Saturday 12:00-5:00 pm (or sold out)

If our shop hours do not work for pick up/delivery, we are happy to accommodate as best we can, even outside of our shop hours if needed.
