On our website MENU, select "Custom Order Forms" and then select "Decorated Sugar Cookies". Please complete the order form to the best of your knowledge; we can alter the final details later. Your form entry will give our cookie artist a general idea of your order preferences.

It is essential to note this does not guarantee your order is booked. If availability permits, you will receive a confirmation in 1-5 business days. You will then confirm the artist's suggested designs or request alterations, submit your deposit, and your order is booked!

After you place your order, we'll confirm delivery details the day before your order date. You will also receive updates on delivery day until your order arrives.

We are currently located at 4108 N 10th St Suite 600, McAllen, TX. Some neighboring businesses are Oh Kay's, Orchidee, Hoptung, Sylvia's, and Carats.

We do not book orders via social media; however, we are happy to point you in the right direction or answer any questions regarding the order process. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.

You can visit our bakeshop during business hours to complete our order form in person. Please note that processing your order quote and deposit will take some time. After completing the order form, we will contact you via phone or email to finalize your order booking.

All products are currently baked in a kitchen that uses common food allergens, such as nuts, eggs, milk, and wheat. While we do not currently offer allergen-free products, we hope to provide this accommodation soon.

If our shop hours do not work for pick up/delivery, we are happy to accommodate as best we can, even outside of our shop hours if needed.

Full payment is required to reserve your date and book your custom order. Your order will only be secured and confirmed once payment is received.

After finalizing the order details, an invoice and checkout link will be sent to you via text or email. We highly recommend that you pay your invoice within 48 hours of receipt. If payment is not received within that time, your date will be made available to the next customer.

If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please inform your cookie artist so we can arrange payment at our business location.

Custom cookie orders may not be available during major holidays and seasons, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

If you need to place an order during these times, we recommend submitting your inquiry 1-2 months in advance to allow us to accommodate your request. If we are unable to fulfill your custom order, we typically offer a selection of holiday-themed products that might suit your needs.

All custom cakes and cupcakes are packaged in our signature white boxes and wrapped with ivory ribbon.

Custom decorated sugar cookies are beautifully packaged in our signature white box, wrapped with ivory ribbon. This option allows you the flexibility to place the cookies on dessert trays, serve them alongside cake, or use your own packaging.

We also offer upgraded services that include individually heat-sealing or wrapping each cookie with ribbon. These packaging upgrades extend the cookies' shelf life for up to two weeks and are recommended if recipients wish to take their cookies to go.
